چکیده

Ornithologists have played a key role in the development of the habitat concept. The conspicuous nature of birds has allowed ornithologists to assemble a vast amount of information relating the distribution and abundance of birds to aspects of the environment (Brown, 1984; Mayr, 1988; Konishi et a]., 1989; Morrison et a]. , 1992). The application of the term "habitat" has been used as a unifying, theoretical concept to explain the diversity of avian life-history patterns (Rotenberry, 1981). However, specific definitions of the term "habitat" are often vague. Definitions have ranged from, for example, how species are associated with broad, landscapescaled vegetation types, to very detailed descriptions of immediate physical environments used by species (Karr, 1980; Verner et a]., 1986; Harris and Kangas, 1988).

ON INTERRELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN FUZZY METRIC STRUCTURES

Considering the increasing interest in fuzzy theory and possible applications, the concept of fuzzy metric space concept has been introduced by severalauthors from different perspectives. This paper interprets the theory in termsof metrics evaluated on fuzzy numbers and defines a strong Hausdorff topology. We study interrelationships between this theory and other fuzzy theories suchas intuitionis...

Assessment of Landscape Connectivity and Prediction of Migration Corridors for the Baluchistan Black Bear (Ursus thibetanus gedrosianus Blanford, 1877) in the Southeastern Habitats, Iran

The Baluchistan Black Bear (BBB), a critically endangered subspecies (CR), is distributed in the southeastern Iran. Modelling of landscape connectivity of the BBBs among habitat patches can be insightful for the conservation managers working in Iran. Our study was designed to identify the potential corridors among 31 habitat patches of the BBBs in Iran using the circuit theory method. Habitat s...

Generalized solution of Sine-Gordon equation

In this paper, we are interested to study the Sine-Gordon equation in generalized functions theory introduced by Colombeau, in the first we give result of existence and uniqueness of generalized solution with initial data are distributions (elements of the Colombeau algebra). Then we study the association concept with the classical solution.

APPLICATIONS OF SOFT SETS IN HILBERT ALGEBRAS

The concept of soft sets, introduced by Molodtsov [20] is a mathematicaltool for dealing with uncertainties, that is free from the difficultiesthat have troubled the traditional theoretical approaches. In this paper, weapply the notion of the soft sets of Molodtsov to the theory of Hilbert algebras. The notion of soft Hilbert (abysmal and deductive) algebras, soft subalgebras, soft abysms and sof...
